Ebony Owings walks as a Black Creole and Cherokee Birthkeeper, herbalist, and Certified Lactation Educator, quietly weaving Southern Black and Indigenous wisdom into everyday family life.

For nearly ten years she has stood beside parents as a trauma-informed postpartum doula, Indigenous midwifery assistant, and traditional community herbalist, serving King and Pierce County and her home church. Her work is Christ-centered and gentle, yet confident, always circling back to one desire, that every family would feel seen, protected in their purpose, and equipped with herbal and practical tools that keep legacy alive.
